Floods are a common hydrometeorological disaster in the North Bogor District, Bogor City, requiring flood hazard mapping to support mitigation planning. This study aims to analyze flood hazard levels and formulate mitigation recommendations using the Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) method based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with the weighted overlay technique. The parameters used include rainfall, land cover/land use, the Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), slope gradient, and soil type. The results showed that the high flood hazard class dominated Tanah Baru, Ciparigi, Tegalgundil, Cibuluh, Kedunghalang, and Bantarjati, while the moderate hazard class dominated Cimahpar and Ciluar. The high hazard class covered 1,059 ha (58.4%), followed by the moderate class (721.2 ha; 39.8%) and the low class (33.2 ha; 1.8%). Validation using 40 historical flood points showed that 80% were located in the high hazard class and 20% in the moderate hazard class. Mitigation recommendations include structural measures, such as improving drainage capacity, and nonstructural measures, such as strengthening institutional capacity, to reduce flood hazards.
