dc.description.abstractKeanekaragaman mikroba tanah berperan penting dalam memengaruhi kualitas tapak. Eksplorasi keragaman mikrobioma tanah dilakukan untuk menilai kondisi tapak tegakan sengon (Falcataria falcata) pada berbagai ketinggian menggunakan metagenomik. Analisis bioinformatika dilakukan menggunakan UseGalaxy dan divisualisasikan menggunakan paket microeco RStudio. Hasil menunjukkan profil taksonomi komunitas mikrobioma yang mirip pada seluruh lokasi, didominasi oleh domain bakteri dengan penyusun utama filum Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, dan Planctomycetes, serta genus Streptomyces, Bradyrhizobium, dan Sphingomonas. Indeks keanekaragaman alfa dan beta menunjukkan nilai yang mirip di seluruh tegakan. Draf genom dari metagenom dengan satu berkualitas tinggi dan tujuh berkualitas sedang berhasil direkonstruksi. Anotasi clusters of orthologous genes dan Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes mengungkap fungsi dominan pada kategori metabolisme. Kelimpahan gen fungsional bervariasi berdasarkan kondisi letak geografis.
dc.description.abstractSoil microbial diversity plays a crucial role in influencing site conditions. Exploration of the soil microbiome diversity can assess the site conditions of sengon (Falcataria falcata) stands at various elevations using metagenomics. Bioinformatics analyses were conducted using UseGalaxy and visualized using the microeco package in RStudio. The results showed a similar taxonomic profile of the microbiome community across all locations, dominated by the bacterial domain with the main constituents of the phyla Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Planctomycetes, as well as the genera Streptomyces, Bradyrhizobium, and Sphingomonas. Alpha and beta diversity indices showed similar values across the stands. Draft genomes from metagenomes with one high quality and seven medium quality were successfully reconstructed. Clusters of orthologous genes and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes annotations revealed a dominant function in metabolism category. The abundance of functional genes varied based on geographical conditions.
