Ketidakseimbangan beban kerja dapat memengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan kinerja finansial usaha peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efisiensi tenaga kerja menggunakan metode FTE, menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja optimal, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pendapatan usaha di Kaju Resort Farm, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode sensus terhadap 10 karyawan tetap. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, pengukuran waktu kerja, dan dokumentasi keuangan perusahaan selama Juli-Desember 2025. Analisis beban kerja menggunakan metode FTE, sedangkan kinerja finansial dianalisis menggunakan R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi ABK berada pada kategori overload dengan nilai FTE 1,30, sedangkan divisi Produksi Pupuk dan Marketing berada pada kategori underload dengan nilai FTE masing-masing 0,74 dan 0,91. Penambahan satu tenaga kerja pada divisi ABK menjadikan seluruh divisi berada pada kategori inload yang memberikan indikasi peningkatan nilai R/C Ratio dari 1,28 menjadi 1,97. Workload imbalance can affect operational efficiency and the financial
performance of livestock farms. This study aimed to analyze labor efficiency using
the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method, determine the optimal labor requirement,
and evaluate its impact on farm income at Kaju Resort Farm, Bogor Regency. The
study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a census method
involving 10 permanent employees. Data were collected through observation,
interviews, work time measurements, and company financial documentation during
July-December 2025. Workload analysis was conducted using the FTE method,
while financial performance was analyzed using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C
Ratio). The results showed that the Livestock Crew Division was classified as
overloaded, with an FTE value of 1,30. In contrast, the Organic Fertilizer
Production and Marketing Divisions were classified as underloaded, with FTE
values of 0,74 and 0,91, respectively. The addition of one employee to the Livestock
Crew Division resulted in all divisions being classified as having an optimal
workload, indicating an increase in the R/C Ratio from 1,28 to 1,97.
