| dc.description.abstract | Peningkatan produksi caisim (Brassica juncea L.) perlu didukung oleh pemupukan yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pupuk organik cair berbasis magnetit urine domba pada pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman caisim serta menentukan kombinasi perlakuan yang memberikan hasil terbaik. Magnetit disintesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dan dikarakterisasi menggunakan difraksi sinar-X. Aplikasi pada tanaman caisim menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, lebar daun, dan bobot segar pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam. Hasil karakterisasi memperlihatkan bahwa magnetit yang terbentuk memiliki ukuran kristalit rata-rata 19,37 nm sehingga termasuk dalam kategori nanopartikel. Perlakuan (NPK:MPOC 1:1) memberikan hasil terbaik. Hasil percobaan ini menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik cair berbasis magnetit urine domba berpotensi digunakan sebagai alternatif pupuk guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman caisim. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Increased production of choy sum (Brassica juncea L.) requires effective and environmentally friendly fertilization. This study aimed to investigate the effect of sheep urine-based magnetite liquid organic fertilizer on the vegetative growth of choy sum and to determine the best treatment combination. Magnetite was synthesized using the coprecipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The application to choy sum was arranged in a randomized complete block design consisting of five treatments and three replications. The observed parameters included plant height, leaf width, and fresh weight at 30 days after planting. Characterization results showed that the synthesized magnetite had an average crystallite size of 19.37 nm, indicating that it belonged to the nanoparticle category. The ratio (NPK:MPOC 1:1) treatment produced the best growth performance. The results indicate that it has the potential to be used as an alternative fertilizer to improve choy sum growth. | |
