Jasa Penyediaan dan Valuasi Ekonomi Ekosistem Terumbu Karang di Pulau Tidung, Kepulauan Seribu

Abstract

Ekosistem terumbu karang merupakan ekosistem pesisir yang menghasilkan berbagai jasa ekosistem yang memberikan manfaat ekologis dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi ekosistem terumbu karang dan kelimpahan ikan karang, mengidentifikasi jasa ekosistem terumbu karang, serta mengestimasi valuasi ekonomi jasa penyediaan berupa ikan karang di Pulau Tidung, Kepulauan Seribu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November–Desember 2025 melalui pengambilan data ekologi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekosistem terumbu karang bervariasi antarstasiun pengamatan dengan komposisi ikan karang yang didominasi oleh famili Pomacentridae, serta menghasilkan berbagai jasa ekosistem yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Jasa penyediaan berupa sumber daya ikan karang memiliki total nilai ekonomi sebesar Rp358.674.963,00/tahun yang menunjukkan kontribusi ekosistem terumbu karang terhadap perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

Coral reef ecosystems are coastal ecosystems that provide various ecosystem services, offering ecological and economic benefits to local communities. This study aimed to analyze the condition of coral reef ecosystems and reef fish abundance, identify coral reef ecosystem services, and estimate the economic valuation of provisioning services in the form of reef fish resources in Tidung Island, Seribu Islands. The study was conducted from November to December 2025 through ecological data collection and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the condition of coral reef ecosystems varied among sampling stations, with the reef fish community being dominated by the family Pomacentridae, and that these ecosystems provide various ecosystem services beneficial to local communities. The provisioning service of reef fish resources has a total economic value of IDR 358,674,963.00/year, demonstrating the contribution of coral reef ecosystems to the local economy.
