NUR ILFA JERIAH HANNA. Morfofisiologi dan Hasil Kedelai Edamame (Glycine max L. Merill) dengan Pupuk Kandang Ayam, Asam Humat, dan Pupuk Hayati. Dibimbing oleh MAYA MELATI dan HAFITH FURQONI.
Kedelai edamame (Glycine max L. Merill) adalah jenis kedelai sayur kaya protein, vitamin, dan mineral dengan biji lebih besar, tekstur lembut, dan rasa lebih manis dibanding kedelai biasa sehingga banyak diminati sebagai komoditas sayuran. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas edamame dapat dilakukan melalui kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam, asam humat dan pupuk hayati yang berperan dalam memperbaiki kesuburan tanah dan menunjang pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang ayam, asam humat dan pupuk hayati terhadap morfofisiologi dan produktivitas tanaman kedelai edamame. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2025 hingga Januari 2026 di Kebun Percobaan Cikarawang A, Bogor, menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu dosis pupuk kandang ayam (0, 8, dan 16 ton ha?¹) dan bahan tambahan (kontrol, asam humat, dan PGPR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan bahan tambahan secara umum tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap sebagian besar parameter pertumbuhan vegetatif, namun PGPR berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 3–7 MST. Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan bahan tambahan terhadap beberapa komponen hasil. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dosis 16 ton ha?¹ mampu menghasilkan produktivitas tertinggi yaitu 12,5 ton ha?¹, sedangkan penggunaan PGPR menghasilkan produktivitas tertinggi sebesar 12,3 ton ha?¹. Secara umum, pemberian pupuk kandang dosis 16 ton ha?¹ dan PGPR mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame.

Edamame soybeans (Glycine max L. Merr) are a type of vegetable soybean rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, characterized by larger seeds, a softer texture, and a sweeter taste than regular soybeans, making them highly sought after as a vegetable commodity. Efforts to increase edamame productivity can be done through a combination of chicken manure, humic acid, and biofertilizers that play a role in improving soil fertility and supporting plant growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of doses of chicken manure, humic acid, and biofertilizers on the morphophysiology and productivity of edamame soybean plants. The study was conducted from November 2025 to January 2026 at the IPB experimental field in Cikarawang A, Bogor, using a factorial randomized complete block design with two factors: the dose of chicken manure (0, 8, and 16 tons ha?¹) and additional materials (no additional materials, humic acid, and PGPR). The results showed that the application of chicken manure and additional materials generally did not significantly affect most vegetative growth parameters, but PGPR significantly affected plant height at 3–7 WAP. There was an interaction effect between the dosage of chicken manure and additional materials on several yield components. Application of chicken manure at a dose of 16 tons ha?¹ produced the highest productivity of 12.5 tons ha?¹, while the use of PGPR resulted in the highest productivity of 12.3 tons ha?¹. In general, application of manure at a dose of 16 tons ha?¹ and PGPR increased the growth and yield of edamame plants.
