| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kombinasi pola tanam sayuran
organik yang optimal pada unit greenhouse (GH) PT Kapol Antar Nusa serta
menganalisis implikasi finansial penerapannya. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten
Bogor menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumen perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan
kuantitatif menggunakan pemrograman linier dengan metode Simpleks melalui
perangkat lunak QM for Windows V5. Model optimasi disusun berdasarkan kendala
kapasitas bak tanam, tenaga kerja, pupuk kompos, permintaan pasar, dan siklus
panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pola tanam aktual belum
mengalokasikan sumber daya secara optimal. Penerapan model menghasilkan
solusi optimal dengan proyeksi keuntungan sebesar Rp140.127.712 per tahun atau
meningkat 222,28% dibandingkan keuntungan aktual sebesar Rp43.479.661 per
tahun. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemrograman linier mampu
meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, profitabilitas, dan kinerja
produksi pada unit greenhouse PT Kapol Antar Nusa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to determine the optimal cropping pattern of organic
vegetables in the greenhouse (GH) unit of PT Kapol Antar Nusa and to analyze its
financial implications. The research was conducted in Bogor Regency using
primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, and
company documents. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using
linear programming with the Simplex method through QM for Windows V5
software. The optimization model was developed based on constraints related to
planting-bed capacity, labor availability, compost fertilizer supply, market demand,
and planting cycle requirements. The results showed that the existing planting
pattern had not allocated available resources optimally. The proposed model
generated an optimal solution with a projected annual profit of IDR 140,127,712
representing an increase of 222.28% compared with the actual annual profit of IDR
43,479,661. These findings indicate that linear programming can improve resource
use efficiency, profitability, and production performance in the greenhouse unit of
PT Kapol Antar Nusa. | |
