Kondisi eksisting menunjukkan ritasi pertama truk merah melebihi kapasitas efektif kendaraan. Penerapan metode SCS menghasilkan pembagian titik TPS yang lebih seimbang, sedangkan Network Analysis menghasilkan alternatif rute pengangkutan berdasarkan jaringan jalan Kampus IPB Dramaga.
Waste collection is an important stage in solid waste management. The existing waste collection system at IPB Dramaga Campus still shows an unbalanced distribution of TPS among collection trips, resulting in the potential for vehicle overload. This study aimed to identify the existing condition of the waste collection system and TPS at IPB Dramaga Campus and to determine an alternative waste collection route using the Stationary Container System (SCS) and Network Analysis methods. The analysis employed the Stationary Container System (SCS) to determine the distribution of TPS for each collection trip based on the effective vehicle capacity and waste generation volume. The resulting TPS allocation was then used as input for Network Analysis in QGIS to develop an alternative waste collection route based on the campus road network. The results showed that the waste collection system serves 55 TPS using two collection trucks operating in two trips per day. The existing condition indicated that the first trip of the red truck exceeded its effective vehicle capacity. The application of the SCS produced a more balanced TPS allocation for each trip, while Network Analysis generated an alternative waste collection route based on the road network.
