Analisis Efektivitas Zat Pengatur Tumbuh terhadap Produktivitas dan Keuntungan Buah Anggur di Almira Grape

Abstract

Produktivitas tanaman anggur dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan pematahan dormancy tunas setelah pemangkasan. Penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kecepatan pecah tunas dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh merek X dan merek Y terhadap kecepatan sprouting, persentase sprouting, dan bobot tandan buah anggur di Almira Grape, Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif meliputi Independent Sample t-test, serta analisis penerimaan dan Revenue Cost Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh merek X berpengaruh nyata terhadap kecepatan sprouting, persentase sprouting, dan bobot tandan buah yang lebih baik. Zat pengatur tumbuh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bud dormancy dan produktivitas buah anggur. Penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh merek X mampu menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp5.805.000 dan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,44. Dengan demikian penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh merek X direkomendasikan sebagai zat pengatur tumbuh untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan keuntungan usaha budidaya anggur di Almira Grape.

Grape productivity is influenced by the success of bud dormancy breaking after pruning. The use of growth regulators is one effort to increase the speed of bud break and productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of growth regulators brand X and brand Y on the speed of sprouting, percentage of sprouting, and weight of grape bunches in Almira Grape, Sumedang. The quantitative methods used include Independent Sample t-test, as well as analysis of revenue and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). The results showed that the use of growth regulator brand X significantly affected the speed of sprouting, percentage of sprouting, and better weight of fruit bunches. Growth regulators significantly affected bud dormancy and grape productivity. The use of growth regulator brand X was able to generate a profit of Rp5.805.000 and an R/C ratio 1,44. Thus, the use of growth regulator brand X is recommended as a growth regulator to increase the productivity and profit of grape cultivation businesses in Almira Grape.
