      Abstract
      Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana hidrometeorologi yang paling sering terjadi di Kota Bekasi, khususnya di Kecamatan Jatiasih. Kondisi topografi yang relatif datar, tingginya intensitas curah hujan, serta dominasi kawasan terbangun menyebabkan wilayah ini memiliki potensi banjir yang cukup tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian ekonomi yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerawanan banjir, tingkat kerentanan banjir, menguji akurasi hasil pemodelan, serta mengestimasi kerugian ekonomi bangunan akibat banjir di Kecamatan Jatiasih. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) melalui metode weighted overlay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Kecamatan Jatiasih berada pada kelas tidak rawan seluas 1.629,36 ha, sedangkan kelas rawan dan sangat rawan tersebar terutama di sekitar Sungai Cikeas dan Sungai Cileungsi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi model sebesar 81,82%, sehingga model dinilai mampu merepresentasikan kondisi banjir aktual dengan baik. Analisis bangunan terdampak menghasilkan luas bangunan terdampak sebesar 1.624.771,67 m² dengan estimasi total kerugian ekonomi mencapai Rp1.003.029.156.632,02. Nilai kerugian terbesar berada di Kelurahan Jatirasa, sedangkan yang terendah berada di Kelurahan Jatiluhur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi pendukung dalam penyusunan strategi mitigasi banjir, pengelolaan tata ruang, serta perencanaan pengurangan risiko bencana di Kecamatan Jatiasih.
       
      Flooding is one of the most frequent hydrometeorological disasters in Bekasi City, especially in Jatiasih District. The relatively flat topography, high rainfall intensity, and the dominance of built-up areas cause this region to have a fairly high potential for flooding and potentially cause significant economic losses. This study aims to analyze the level of flood vulnerability, the level of flood vulnerability, test the accuracy of the modeling results, and estimate the economic losses of buildings due to flooding in Jatiasih District. The study was conducted using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach through the weighted overlay method. The results show that most of the Jatiasih District area is in the non-vulnerable class covering an area of 1,629.36 ha, while the vulnerable and very vulnerable classes are spread mainly around the Cikeas River and Cileungsi River. The validation results show a model accuracy level of 81.82%, so the model is considered capable of representing actual flood conditions well. The analysis of the affected buildings resulted in an affected building area of 1,624,771.67 m² with an estimated total economic loss of Rp1,003,029,156,632.02. The highest loss value was in Jatirasa Village, while the lowest was in Jatiluhur Village. The results of this study are expected to provide supporting information in the development of flood mitigation strategies, spatial planning management, and disaster risk reduction planning in Jatiasih District.
