CV Sandi Buana Farm is a hydroponic Inthanon melon cultivation business that has not yet been able to meet the entire market demand due to limited production capacity. This study aims to develop a business development plan and analyze its feasibility from both non-financial and financialperspectives. Non-financial aspects were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, while financial aspects were assessed using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Payback Period (PP), and sensitivity analysis. The research results indicate that business development is carried out by adding two greenhouse units, thereby increasing planting capacity from 1.512 to 2.520 planting holes. Based on the analysis results, the business development is deemed feasible to implement from both non-financial and financial perspectives. Sensitivity analysis also indicates that the business remains viable under conditions of a 10% decrease in production and a 15% increase in seed prices. Therefore, the business expansion is feasible to implement to increase production capacity.
