      Pengendalian Persediaan Nutrisi AB Mix untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Biaya Persediaan pada Hidroponik Melon di Tiga Flora

      Abstract
      Tiga Flora menghadapi risiko stockout dan overstock karena pengelolaan persediaan nutrisi AB Mix masih dilakukan berdasarkan perkiraan, yang mengganggu produksi serta efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan meramalkan kebutuhan nutrisi, menentukan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan optimal, serta menganalisis efisiensi biaya persediaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi trend projection, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, Reorder Point (ROP), dan Total Inventory Cost (TIC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trend projection merupakan metode peramalan terbaik dengan nilai MAPE 23,06% dan memperkirakan kebutuhan nutrisi AB Mix tahun 2026 sebesar 4.194 liter. Perhitungan EOQ menghasilkan jumlah pemesanan optimal sebesar 425 liter dengan frekuensi 10 kali per tahun dan interval pemesanan 30 hari, sedangkan ROP ditetapkan pada 58 liter. Penerapan EOQ mampu menurunkan total biaya persediaan dari Rp4.488.638 menjadi Rp3.449.658 atau menghemat biaya sebesar 25%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar pengendalian persediaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien di Tiga Flora.
       
      Tiga Flora faces the risk of stockouts and overstocking because its AB Mix nutrient inventory is managed based on estimates, which disrupts production and cost efficiency. This study aims to forecast nutrient demand, determine the optimal order quantity and timing, and analyze inventory cost efficiency. The methods used include trend projection, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, Reorder Point (ROP), and Total Inventory Cost (TIC). The results show that trend projection is the most accurate forecasting method, with a MAPE value of 23,06%, and estimates AB Mix nutrient demand in 2026 at 4.194 liters. The EOQ calculation indicates an optimal order quantity of 425 liters, with an ordering frequency of 10 times per year and a 30 day ordering interval, while the reorder point is set at 58 liters. The implementation of EOQ reduces total inventory costs from Rp4.488.638 to Rp3.449.658 resulting in cost savings of 25%. These findings can serve as a basis for establishing a more effective and efficient inventory control system at Tiga Flora.
