Okiagaru Indonesia Agricoop was a cooperative that cultivated organic pakcoy. Organic pakcoy production was influenced by the use of production factors, so efficient management was required. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting organic pakcoy production, analyze the efficiency of production factor use, and analyze the costs, revenue, and income of the farm. The analysis used included the Cobb Douglas production function, allocative efficiency based on the ratio of Marginal Value Product to Marginal Factor Cost, and farm income analysis. The results showed that land area had a positive and significant effect on production, while organic fertilizer, biopesticide, and labor had positive but insignificant effects. The use of land area, organic fertilizer, and biopesticide had not yet been efficient, while labor use had exceeded the efficient level. Optimizing the production factor increased farm feasibility, as indicated by an increase in the R/C ratio from 1,70 to 2,44.
