      Abstract
      Tingginya Non-Revenue Water (NRW) pada SPAM Weutu Perumda Air Minum Kabupaten Belu memerlukan upaya optimasi jaringan distribusi melalui penerapan District Metered Area (DMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja hidraulik jaringan distribusi dan menentukan alternatif zonasi DMA terbaik menggunakan EPANET 2.2 sebagai dasar pengendalian kehilangan air. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data jaringan perpipaan, elevasi, diameter dan panjang pipa, jumlah pelanggan, serta data produksi dan distribusi air dengan menyusun tiga skenario zonasi DMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting memiliki rata-rata NRW sebesar 45,40%, masih terdapat tekanan dan kecepatan aliran yang belum memenuhi standar, serta Skenario DMA 1 menjadi alternatif terbaik dengan melayani 865 sambungan rumah (SR) dan target NRW zona sebesar 19,97%. Rancangan DMA yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi dasar pemantauan kehilangan air dan mendukung peningkatan efisiensi sistem distribusi air minum di SPAM Weutu.
