      Respons Pertumbuhan, Produksi, dan Kualitas Anggur (Vitis vinifera L.) Varietas Pestrij pada Beberapa Varietas Batang Bawah

      Abstract
      Anggur (Vitis vinifera L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang banyak diminati dan memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi. Namun, tingginya minat masyarakat belum diimbangi dengan produksi dalam negeri yang memadai. Produksi dan kualitas anggur di Indonesia masih belum optimal, salah satunya akibat kendala agroklimat. Penggunaan varietas batang bawah yang sesuai menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis respons pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kualitas anggur varietas Pestrij terhadap tiga varietas batang bawah, yaitu Isabella, Red Master, dan Dogridge. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Safara Grape Garden, Ciseeng, Bogor, dengan pengamatan terhadap parameter pertumbuhan, produksi, serta kualitas fisik dan kimia buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas batang bawah berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang cabang tersier pada 16 HSP, diameter cabang tersier pada 44 HSP, jumlah daun pada 86 HSP, fase pembentukan berry set, rasio panjang:diameter buah, dan bobot biji per buah. Dogridge menunjukkan keunggulan pada komponen produksi melalui percepatan pembentukan berry set (6 hari), sedangkan Red Master menunjukkan pertumbuhan vegetatif awal yang lebih baik dengan menghasilkan panjang (6,81 cm) dan diameter cabang (5,41 mm). Secara umum, ketiga varietas batang bawah belum memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap sebagian besar parameter pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kualitas buah anggur Pestrij pada kondisi penelitian ini.
       
      Grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) are a horticultural commodity with high consumer demand and considerable economic potential. However, the increasing demand has not been matched by adequate domestic production. Grape production and fruit quality in Indonesia remain suboptimal, partly due to agroclimatic constraints. The use of appropriate rootstock varieties is one approach to improving cultivation performance. This study aimed to analyze the growth, yield, and fruit quality responses of the Pestrij grape cultivar grafted onto three rootstock varieties, namely Isabella, Red Master, and Dogridge. The research was conducted at Safara Grape Garden, Ciseeng, Bogor, with observations covering growth, yield, and physical and chemical fruit quality parameters. The results showed that rootstock varieties significantly affected tertiary shoot length at 16 DAP, tertiary shoot diameter at 44 DAP, leaf number at 86 DAP, the berry set stage, fruit length-to-diameter ratio, and seed weight per berry. Dogridge exhibited superior performance in yield components by accelerating berry set formation (6 days), whereas Red Master promoted better early vegetative growth, producing the greatest tertiary shoot length (6.81 cm) and diameter (5.41 mm). Overall, the three rootstock varieties did not significantly affect most growth, yield, and fruit quality parameters of the Pestrij grape cultivar under the conditions of this study.
