| dc.description.abstract | The inventory of fungal diversity in Indonesia is not optimal because the majority of publications do not describe it well. This study aims to identify fungi by making a complete description of the macroscopic characteristics of fungi including the pileus, hymenophore, stipe, and accessories, as well as microscopic characteristics including somatic and reproductive structures of fungi found in the Bogor Agricultural University Campus Forest so as to add to the record of fungal diversity in Indonesia. Fungal exploration was carried out using the opportunistic sampling method and identified based on macro and micromorphological characteristics. The macroscopic characteristics described include pileus, hymenophore, stipe, and mushroom accessories. Microscopic characteristics include somatic and reproductive characteristics. A total of nine fungal samples have been described and identified including: Amanita cf. mira, Filoboletus manipularis, Lysurus periphragmoides, and Suillus cf. bovinus as species that have been previously reported. The species Crepidotus cf. globisporus, Favolaschia cf. rigida, Russula sp., and Xanthagaricus cf. necopinatus is the first report of its distribution in Indonesia. The species Mutinus cf. bambusinus is a rediscovery in
Indonesia. This report provides the first report and more descriptive rediscovery information for several fungi that can add to the records of fungal diversity in Indonesia.
