berdasarkan curah hujan periode ulang sepuluh tahun. Kondisi eksisting
menunjukkan kinerja buruk dengan 22 titik genangan, volume genangan 92,89 ×
106 liter, limpasan permukaan 120,98 × 106 liter, dan koefisien limpasan rata-rata
0,92. Perbaikan dilakukan secara kumulatif melalui penerapan Low Impact
Development berupa rain barrel, redesain 38 saluran, dan pemasangan pompa pada
dua titik cekung. Seluruh metode menurunkan koefisien limpasan menjadi 0,41,
mengurangi limpasan permukaan sebesar 53,2%, serta menghilangkan seluruh titik
genangan menjadi nol titik atau setara pengurangan volume banjir 100%. Total
kebutuhan biaya diestimasi sebesar Rp60,89 miliar. Kombinasi ketiga metode
terbukti efektif mengatasi genangan pada seluruh jaringan drainase kawasan. The industrial area in South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, experiences
recurring inundation due to its concave topography and insufficient existing
drainage capacity. This study evaluates the drainage system performance and
formulates improvement recommendations using EPA SWMM 5.2 modeling based
on a ten-year return period rainfall. Existing conditions showed poor performance,
with 22 flooded nodes, a flood volume of 92.89 × 106 liters, total surface runoff of
120.98 × 106 liters, and an average runoff coefficient of 0.92. Improvements were
applied cumulatively through Low Impact Development using rain barrels, resizing
of 38 conduits, and pump installation at two concave points. Applying all methods
reduced the runoff coefficient to 0.41, decreased surface runoff by 53.2%, and
eliminated all flooded nodes to zero, equivalent to a 100% reduction in flood
volume. The total cost is estimated at IDR 60.89 billion. The combination of the
three methods effectively resolved inundation across the entire drainage network.
