      Abstract
      Jagung pulut ungu merupakan komoditas pangan fungsional yang memiliki kandungan amilopektin dan antosianin tinggi, namun produktivitasnya masih rendah. Salah satu upaya peningkatan produksi dan kualitas dapat dilakukan melalui pemupukan organik dan hayati. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dan PGPR terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, dan kualitas jagung pulut ungu serta memperoleh kombinasi dosis yang tepat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Sawah Baru, Babakan, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) faktorial dua faktor, yakni dosis pupuk kandang kambing (0, 10, 20, 30 ton ha-1) dan dosis PGPR (0 dan 25 g kg-1 benih) dengan tiga ulangan. Penggunaan pupuk kandang kambing tidak berpengaruh nyata pada seluruh peubah pertumbuhan dan produksi tetapi menunjukkan kecenderungan menghasilkan nilai yang lebih tinggi pada dosis 30 ton ha-1. Pada dosis 10 ton ha?¹ menghasilkan kelunakan biji tertinggi sebesar 11,51 mm 202,5 g-1 5 s-1 dan kadar antosianin berkisar antara 46,2-83,6%. Dosis pupuk kandang kambing 30 ton ha?¹ dan PGPR 25 g kg?¹ benih memberikan kandungan amilopektin tertinggi sebesar 82,14%. Dosis optimum pupuk kandang kambing belum ditemukan. PGPR tidak berpengaruh nyata pada seluruh peubah pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tetapi menunjukkan adanya interaksi pada jumlah daun 4 dan 6 MST dan bobot basah batang.
       
      Purple waxy corn is a functional food crop with high amylopectin and anthocyanin content, but its productivity remains low. One approach to improving production and quality involves the use of organic and biofertilizers. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of applying goat manure and PGPR on the growth, yield, and quality of purple waxy corn, as well as to determine the optimal dosage combination. The study was conducted at the Sawah Baru Experimental Farm, Babakan, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The experimental design used was a completely randomized block design (CRBD) with a two-factor factorial arrangement, namely goat manure dose (0, 10, 20, 30 tons ha?¹) and PGPR dose (0 and 25 g kg?¹ seed) with three replications. The use of goat manure and PGPR had no significant effect on all growth and yield variables but showed a tendency to produce higher values at a dose of 30 tons ha?¹ and indicated an interaction in the number of leaves at 4 and 6 MST and fresh stem weight at the PGPR dose. At a dose of 10 tons ha?¹ it produced the highest kernel tenderness of 11.51 mm 202.5 g?¹ 5 s?¹ and anthocyanin content ranging from 46.2–83.6%. A dose of 30 tons ha?¹ of goat manure and 25 g kg?¹ of PGPR per seed yielded the highest amylopectin content of 82.14%. The optimum dose of goat manure has not yet been determined.
