Educational outbound programs are one of the experiential learning methods that have proven effective in meeting these educational demands. This study aims to identify the educational outbound potential at The Highland Park Resort Hotel, analyze students' preferences, and design an educational outbound program that aligns with the site's characteristics and students' needs. The results indicate that The Highland Park Resort Hotel has significant potential for developing educational outbound programs, with fourteen identified activity potentials observed to be in good condition and ready for operation. The analysis of students' preferences revealed that adventure-based activities were the most favored, with flying fox receiving the highest level of approval, followed by high rope and treasure hunt. Based on these findings, three educational outbound program packages were developed according to educational level: the One Day Adventure Program (1 day) for elementary school students, the Highland Explorer Program (2 days and 1 night) for junior high school students, and the Ultimate Adventure Program (2 days and 1 night) for senior high school students. The research output also includes a tri-fold promotional leaflet designed as a marketing communication medium to introduce the programs to educational institutions.
