This research is based on the need to manage infrastructure data and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) within the IKN Executive Dashboard Website. The previous data management process, which relied on a single document, highlighted the need for a system capable of supporting data recording, monitoring, and processing more effectively. This study aims to design and implement Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) features and bulk data upload for the infrastructure and SPKLU modules using the Laravel framework. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum method through five sprints, with a sprint review conducted at the end of each sprint to support iterative improvement. Functional testing using the black-box testing method showed that all CRUD and bulk data upload features were successfully implemented according to the specified functional requirements, achieving a 100% success rate. This result was supported by the continuous sprint review process carried out throughout each sprint.
