dc.description.abstractBerdasarkan informasi data yang diperoleh dari BPBD Kabupaten Padang Pariaman bahwa terdapat 52 kejadian longsor sepanjang 2025. PVMBG menerbitkan Peta Zona Kerentanan Gerakan Tanah (ZKGT) menggunakan standar nasional sebagai upaya mitigasi. Penggunaan standar nasional yang dinamis dan bersifat terlalu umum secara nasional untuk diterapkan pada wilayah tertentu. Alternatifnya adalah penerapan metode random forest yang bekerja dengan membangun banyak decision tree dalam memperlajari karakteristik asli dari lapangan berdasarkan data titik kejadian longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan tingkat kerawanan tanah longsor di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dan membandingkan tingkat akurasi antara metode pembobotan dan random forest melalui validasi menggunakan kurva Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) dan nilai Area Under Curve (AUC). Hasilnya, metode pembobotan menunjukkan zona kerentanan kelas rendah yang mendominasi yaitu sebesar 20,54%, sedangkan metode random forest didominasi kerawanan sedang yaitu sebesar 20,20% dari total luas wilayah. Validasi diperoleh nilai AUC metode pembobotan sebesar 0,828 sedangkan metode random forest sebesar 0,951 dengan selisih 12,3%.
dc.description.abstractBased on data information obtained from the Padang Pariaman Regency BPBD, there were 52 landslide incidents throughout 2025. PVMBG published a Landslide Vulnerability Zone Map (ZKGT) using the national standard as a mitigation effort. The use of dynamic national standards and is too general nationally to be applied to certain areas. An alternative is the application of the random forest method that works by building many decision trees in studying the original characteristics of the field based on landslide event point data. This study aims to map the level of landslide vulnerability in Padang Pariaman Regency and compare the accuracy level between the weighting method and random forest through validation using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve and the Area Under Curve (AUC) value. The results, the weighting method shows a low-class vulnerability zone that dominates, namely 20,54%, while the random forest method is dominated by medium vulnerability class, namely 20,20% of the total area. Validation obtained an AUC value of 0.828 for the weighting method, while the random forest method was 0.951 with a difference of 12,3%.
