POC Kulit Buah Pisang Kepok, Pupuk NPK, serta Kombinasinya sebagai Peningkat Pertumbuhan dan Kualitas Stroberi Sagahonoka

Stroberi Sagahonoka merupakan kultivar bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang
pertumbuhan dan kualitas buahnya dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan hara. Penelitian ini
bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pupuk organik cair (POC) kulit pisang kepok, pupuk
NPK, dan kombinasinya terhadap pertumbuhan serta kualitas buah stroberi Sagahonoka.
Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan empat
ulangan, yaitu kontrol, NPK, POC, dan kombinasi NPK dan POC. Parameter pertumbuhan
dianalisis berdasarkan area under the curve (AUC) tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan
jumlah kuncup bunga yang mengalami penyerbukan selama 10 MST, sedangkan kualitas
buah dianalisis berdasarkan kadar gula pereduksi, vitamin C, dan antosianin. Data
dianalisis menggunakan one-way ANOVA dan uji Tukey HSD taraf 5%. Perlakuan
kombinasi NPK dan POC menghasilkan nilai tertinggi pada AUC tinggi tanaman, jumlah
daun, dan kuncup bunga yang mengalami penyerbukan, masing-masing 196,99 cm·MST,
187,12 helai·MST, dan 95,00 kuncup·MST. Perlakuan ini juga menghasilkan kadar gula
pereduksi 23,875%, vitamin C 69,03 mg/100 g, dan antosianin 534,53 ppm. Kombinasi
NPK dan POC kulit pisang kepok efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta kualitas
biokimia buah stroberi Sagahonoka. Sagahonoka strawberry is a high-value cultivar whose growth and fruit quality are
influenced by nutrient availability. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of kepok banana
peel liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), NPK fertilizer, and their combination on the growth
and fruit quality of Sagahonoka strawberry. The experiment was arranged in a completely
randomized design with four treatments and four replications: control, NPK fertilizer, LOF,
and a combination of NPK fertilizer and LOF. Plant growth was evaluated using the area
under the curve (AUC) for plant height, leaf number, and flower buds that have undergone
pollination number during 10 weeks after planting, while fruit quality was assessed based
on reducing sugar, vitamin C, and anthocyanin contents. Data were analyzed using one
way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s HSD test at the 5% level. The NPK and LOF treatment
produced the highest AUC values for plant height, leaf number, and flower buds that have
undergone pollination number, namely 196.99 cm·week, 187.12 leaf·week, and 95.00
bud·week, respectively. This treatment also resulted in 23.875% reducing sugar, 69.03
mg/100 g vitamin C, and 534.53 ppm anthocyanin. The combination of NPK and kepok
banana peel LOF effectively improved the growth and biochemical fruit quality of
Sagahonoka strawberry.
