| dc.description.abstract | Graha Arradea menjadi salah satu perumahan yang sering kali mengalami
banjir, khususnya di Blok A sampai F. Banjir terjadi karena kapasitas saluran
drainase tidak mampu menampung debit limpasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
mengevaluasi dan merancang desain perbaikan saluran drainase di Blok A sampai
F serta menyusun RAB-nya. Evaluasi dimulai dengan melakukan perhitungan
curah hujan rencana menggunakan beberapa metode distribusi berdasarkan data
curah hujan harian maksimum 20 tahun. Metode distribusi Log Pearson III dipilih
karena memenuhi syarat parameter statistik dan uji kesesuaian dengan nilai curah
hujan rencana PUH 2 tahun sebesar 128,735 mm. Nilai curah hujan rencana ini
digunakan dalam analisis intensitas curah hujan dan pola distribusi curah hujan
yang hasilnya dimasukkan di EPA SWMM 5.2. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan
terdapat 23 conduit hampir meluap dan 6 conduit meluap. Dimensi saluran yang
sebelumnya 0,3 × 0,3 m dan 0,5 × 0,5 m diubah menjadi enam variasi dimensi mulai
dari 0,5 × 0,5 m hingga 1,2 × 1,2 m. Alternatif perbaikan menggunakan beton
precast membutuhkan total biaya Rp844.580.000,00. Sedangkan, metode cast-in
situ memerlukan biaya Rp440.400.000,00. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Graha Arradea is one of the residential areas that frequently experiences
flooding, particularly in Blocks A to F. The flooding occurs because the capacity
of the drainage channels is insufficient to accommodate the runoff discharge. The
objective is to evaluate and design modification plans for the drainage channels in
Blocks A to F, as well as to compile the budget estimation. The evaluation begins
by calculating the design rainfall using several distribution methods based on 20
years of maximum daily rainfall data. The Log Pearson III distribution method was
selected as it satisfies the statistical parameter requirements and goodness-of-fit
tests, yielding a 2-year return period design rainfall of 128.735 mm. This design
rainfall value is then utilized in the rainfall intensity analysis and the rainfall
distribution pattern analysis, then the results are inputted into EPA SWMM 5.2. The
simulation results indicate that there are 23 conduits nearly overflowing and 6
conduits overflowing. The channel dimensions, which were previously 0.3 × 0.3 m
and 0.5 × 0.5 m were modified into six dimensional variations ranging from 0.5 ×
0.5 m to 1.2 × 1.2 m. The alternative improvement using precast concrete requires
a total cost of Rp844,580,000.00. Meanwhile, the cast-in-situ method requires a
budget of Rp440,400,000.00. | |
