| dc.description.abstract | PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) menghasilkan air limbah domestik dan laboratorium yang memerlukan pengolahan agar memenuhi baku mutu lingkungan. Penelitian bertujuan merancang Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) berdasarkan karakteristik dan debit air limbah. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, pengumpulan data, analisis kualitas air limbah, penentuan unit pengolahan, penetapan kriteria desain, penyusunan Detail Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). IPAL berkapasitas 14,96 m³/hari terdiri atas grease trap, ekualisasi, biofilter anaerob-aerob, sedimentasi, filtrasi, dan bak kontrol. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan efluen yang diproyeksikan memenuhi baku mutu sesuai PP Nomor 11 Tahun 2025. Estimasi biaya pembangunan IPAL sebesar Rp386.876.783 (tiga ratus delapan puluh enam juta delapan ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu tujuh ratus delapan puluh tiga rupiah). | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) produces domestic and laboratory wastewater that must be treated to meet environmental standards. This research aims to design a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) based on the wastewater characteristics and flow rate. The methods included field observation, data collection, wastewater quality analysis, selection of treatment units, determination of design criteria, preparation of the Detail Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and cost estimation. The proposed WWTP has a capacity of 14.96 m³/day and consists of a grease trap, equalization tank, anaerobic–aerobic biofilter, sedimentation unit, filtration unit, and control chamber. The design shows that the treated wastewater is expected to meet the effluent standards in PP No. 11 of 2025. The estimated construction cost of the WWTP is Rp386,876,783 (three hundred eighty-six million eight hundred seventy-six thousand seven hundred eighty-three Indonesian rupiah). | |
