      Abstract

The Qur'an Printing Unit Gallery (UPQ) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has utilized TikTok as a promotional medium; however, the information provided has not been systematically organized, resulting in unmet information needs among prospective visitors. This study aimed to design a serialized TikTok content strategy supported by a digital booklet as a promotional medium for the UPQ Gallery. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that audiences require information regarding collections, facilities, visitor experiences, visiting procedures, location, and contact information. Based on the analysis of audience information needs, the AIDA model, storytelling, and Visitor Journey, a five-Part serialized TikTok content strategy and a digital booklet were developed. The proposed strategy is expected to support more structured information delivery and enhance the promotion of the UPQ Gallery.
