dc.description.abstractDesa Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan kawasan peri-urban yang kerap mengalami genangan banjir akibat alih fungsi lahan agraris menjadi permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan periode 2016–2025, menentukan koefisien aliran (C) sebagai indikator respon hidrologi Sub DAS Kemang seluas 190,166 ha, serta memodelkan pengaruhnya melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan digitasi visual citra Sentinel-2A, uji akurasi Kappa, overlay spasial, dan SPSS. Klasifikasi penggunaan lahan menghasilkan Kappa Accuracy >81%. Pemukiman meningkat 93,42% dari 39,239 ha menjadi 75,893 ha dengan mengonversi lahan pertanian dan semak belukar, mendorong peningkatan nilai C sebesar 12,24%. Model regresi Y= 0,380 + 1,701×10-7(Pm) + 9,448×10-8(Sb) + 4,755×10-8(Lk) + 0,00159 mengonfirmasi pemukiman sebagai pendorong dominan peningkatan limpasan, sedangkan semak belukar menekan limpasan melalui optimalisasi infiltrasi. Penertiban sempadan situ direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pengendalian banjir di Sub DAS Kemang.
dc.description.abstractKemang Village, Bogor Regency is a peri-urban area frequently affected by flooding due to the conversion of agricultural land to residential use. This study aimed to analyze land use changes during 2016–2025, determine the runoff coefficient (C) as a hydrological response indicator of the 190.166-ha Kemang Sub-Watershed, and model its influence through multiple linear regression using Sentinel-2A imagery visual digitization, Kappa accuracy assessment, spatial overlay, and SPSS. Land cover classification achieved a Kappa Accuracy of >81%. Residential area expanded by 93.42% from 39.239 ha to 75.893 ha by converting agricultural land and scrubland, driving a 12.24%. The regression model Y= 0,380 + 1,701×10-7(Pm) + 9,448×10-8(Sb) + 4,755×10-8(Lk) + 0,00159 confirms residential area as the dominant driver of runoff increase, while scrubland suppresses runoff through infiltration optimization. Enforcement of lake buffer zone regulations is recommended as flood mitigation strategies in the Kemang Sub-Watershed.
