      Abstract
      Penelitian ini membandingkan sistem Drip Irrigation (DI) dan Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI) pada budidaya tomat ceri di PT Petani Lokal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi perusahaan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) dan Marginal Revenue (MR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI) menghasilkan panen bersih 675 kg dengan produktivitas 0,56 kg per tanaman, lebih tinggi dibandingkan Drip irrigation (DI) sebesar 605 kg dengan produktivitas 0,50 kg per tanaman. Tingkat kerusakan hasil panen pada Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI) sebesar 9,03%, lebih rendah dibandingkan Drip irrigation (DI) sebesar 12,45%. Analisis Marginal Revenue (MR) menunjukkan bahwa setiap tambahan produksi memberikan tambahan penerimaan sebesar Rp60.000 per kilogram. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan SDI lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas hasil panen, dan efisiensi bisnis budidaya tomat ceri.
       
      This study compared Drip Irrigation (DI) and Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI) systems in cherry tomato cultivation at PT Petani Lokal. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and company records, then analyzed using Activity Based Costing (ABC) and Marginal Revenue (MR) methods. The results showed that SDI produced 675 kg of marketable yield with a productivity of 0,56 kg per plant, higher than DI with 605 kg and 0,50 kg per plant. The crop damage rate under SDI was 9,03%, lower than DI at 12,45%. The MR analysis indicated that each additional kilogram of production generated additional revenue of IDR 60.000. Overall, SDI was more effective in improving productivity, harvest quality, and business efficiency in cherry tomato cultivation.2
