      Analisis Kestabilan Model Matematika Penyebaran Penyakit Leptospirosis pada Lingkungan yang Kotor

      Abstract
      Leptospirosis merupakan penyakit zoonosis yang penularannya dipengaruhi oleh interaksi manusia, tikus sebagai reservoir, dan lingkungan yang terkontaminasi bakteri Leptospira. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model matematika penyebaran leptospirosis yang diformulasikan dalam sistem persamaan diferensial dengan melibatkan populasi manusia, tikus, dan bakteri di lingkungan. Analisis dilakukan melalui penentuan titik tetap, bilangan reproduksi dasar (??0), kestabilan, bifurkasi, sensitivitas, dan simulasi numerik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya dua titik tetap, yaitu titik tetap bebas penyakit yang stabil saat ??0 < 1 dan titik tetap endemik yang stabil saat ??0 > 1. Analisis bifurkasi menunjukkan terjadinya bifurkasi maju pada ??0 = 1. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa parameter ??1, ??2, dan ??3 paling berpengaruh terhadap ??0. Simulasi numerik mendukung hasil analitik dan menunjukkan bahwa penurunan parameter tersebut dapat menekan penyebaran leptospirosis dalam populasi.
       
      Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease transmitted through interactions among humans, rodents as reservoirs, and environments contaminated with Leptospira. This study aims to analyze a mathematical model of leptospirosis transmission formulated as a system of differential equations involving human, rodent, and environmental bacterial populations. The analysis includes the determination of equilibrium points, the basic reproduction number (??0), stability, bifurcation, sensitivity, and numerical simulations. The results show two equilibrium points: a disease-free equilibrium that is stable when ??0 < 1 and an endemic equilibrium that is stable when ??0 > 1. Bifurcation analysis indicates the occurrence of a forward bifurcation at ??0 = 1. Sensitivity analysis identifies ??1, ??2, and ??3 as the parameters with the greatest influence on ??0. Numerical simulations support the analytical results and demonstrate that reducing these transmission parameters can suppress the spread of leptospirosis in the population.
