dc.description.abstractEkosistem mangrove di Pulau Pari yang dimanfaatkan sebagai kawasan wisata belum mencapai kesesuaian sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Untuk mencapai kesesuaian ekowisata, perlu dilakukannya rehabilitasi dan pengembangan ekosistem mangrove yang terencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana rehabilitasi dan pengembangan ekosistem mangrove dalam upaya meningkatkan kawasan wisata mangrove. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September sampai dengan November 2025. Analisis ekologi meliputi Indeks Nilai Penting (INP), Indeks Kesehatan Mangrove (IKM), Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Mangrove (IKLM), Analisis kesenjangan, dan matriks rehabilitasi. Analisis demografi masyarakat menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui karakteristik penduduk, pengetahuan, persepsi, dan kontribusi masyarakat terhadap pelestarian ekosistem mangrove. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat enam spesies mangrove dengan Rhizophora stylosa sebagai spesies dominan. IKM berada pada kategori sedang (38-42%), IKLM berada pada kategori tinggi (71 75%). Strategi rehabilitasi yang direkomendasikan adalah replantasi dengan kelompok masyarakat yang sudah ada menjadi penggerak utama dalam program rehabilitasi.
dc.description.abstractThe mangrove ecosystem on Pari Island, which is utilized as a tourism area, has not yet met the criteria for a suitable ecotourism destination. To achieve suitability as a ecotourism area, planned rehabilitation and development of the mangrove ecosystem are necessary. This study aims to develop a plan for the rehabilitation and development of the mangrove ecosystem an effort to enhance the mangrove tourism area. The research was conducted from September to November 2025. Ecological analysis included the Importance Value Index (IVI), Mangrove Health Index (MHI), Mangrove Environmental Quality Index (MEQI), gap analysis, and a rehabilitation matrix. Community demographic analysis used descriptive analysis to determine population characteristics, knowledge, perceptions, and community contributions to mangrove ecosystem conservation. The results of the study indicate the presence of six mangrove species, with Rhizophora stylosa as the dominant species. The MHI falls within the moderate category (38-42%), while the MEQI falls within the high category (71-75%). The recommended rehabilitation strategy is replanting, with existing community groups serving as the primary drivers of the rehabilitation program.
