Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ANOVA Two-way
Rice cultivation contributes to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, which are
affected by irrigation and fertilizer management practices. This study evaluated the
effects of irrigation regimes and fertilizer types on Global Warming Potential
(GWP), rice productivity, and water balance characteristics within the Fertigator
Otomatis Nirdaya (FONi) system. The experiment was conducted at Kinjiro Farm,
Bogor City, from February 19 to June 4, 2026, using the Sintanur rice variety under
four irrigation regimes flooded (RT), wet (RB), dry (RK), and alternate wetting and
drying (RBe) combined with organic and inorganic fertilizers. Data were analyzed
using Two-Way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s HSD test. The results showed that
fertilizer type significantly affected GWP at the 10% significance level (p < 0.10),
whereas irrigation regime and its interaction with fertilizer type had no significant
effect. The highest rice productivity was obtained under the RB regime with
inorganic fertilizer (5.8 t/ha), which also produced the lowest GWP of 8,332 kg
CO2-eq/ha, approximately 44% lower than the flooded regime with organic
fertilizer that generated the highest GWP of 14,775 kg CO2-eq/ha.
