      Abstract

The manual process for lecturer promotions in the Department of Forest Management (DMNH) is prone to document loss and a lack of transparency in monitoring performance metrics. This study aims to develop a progress monitoring module for the DMNH SIMPEG system by utilizing the Laravel framework, MySQL, and the prototyping method. The developed module decentralizes the workload through a self-upload feature for lecturers and the automatic compilation of ZIP archives for administrative staff. Functional testing using the Equivalence Partitioning method demonstrated that the system accurately processes dynamic requirement mapping and performs dual validation of Credit Points (KUM) and Conversion Points in accordance with the expected results. An evaluation employing the System Usability Scale (SUS) among key users yielded a score of 84.17, which falls into the “very good” category. Therefore, this module has proven effective in improving the transparency, accuracy, and practicality of personnel services.
