      Penentuan Premi Anuitas Last Survivor Ditunda dengan Premi Joint Life Menggunakan Model Suku Bunga CIR

      Abstract
      Perencanaan keuangan untuk masa pensiun menjadi sangat penting seiring meningkatnya harapan hidup manusia yang memunculkan risiko umur panjang (longevity risk). Bagi pasangan suami istri, produk anuitas last survivor ditunda dirancang untuk memberikan jaminan pendapatan berkelanjutan bagi pasangan yang masih bertahan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan premi bersih produk anuitas last survivor ditunda dengan skema pembayaran premi joint life menggunakan peluang kematian bulanan, serta mempertimbangkan ketidakpastian pergerakan suku bunga melalui model stokastik Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR). Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan, model CIR menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang baik dalam memprediksi suku bunga BI-7 Day Repo Rate (BI7DRR) dengan mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) sebesar 13.05%. Hasil perhitungan premi pada kasus dasar untuk suami berusia 30 tahun dan istri berusia 26 tahun dengan masa penundaan 12 bulan dan manfaat Rp5,000,000 per bulan, menghasilkan nilai premi bersih bulanan sebesar Rp666,168. Selain itu, hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa besaran premi memiliki hubungan yang negatif terhadap masa penundaan. Selain itu, variasi usia masuk tertanggung menghasilkan tren kenaikan premi yang tak linear, di mana laju premi meningkat secara signifikan di usia tua.
       
      Retirement financial planning for retirement has become increasingly important as life expectancy continues to rise, thereby increasing longevity risk. For married couples, deferred last survivor annuity products are designed to provide continuous income benefits for the surviving spouse. This study aims to determine the net premium of a deferred last survivor annuity with a joint life premium payment scheme using monthly mortality probabilities while incorporating interest rate uncertainty through the stochastic Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) model. The results indicate that the CIR model provides a reasonably accurate prediction of the BI-7 Day Repo Rate (BI7DRR) with a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) value of 13.05%. For the base case scenario involving a 30-year-old husband and a 26-year-old wife, with a 12-month deferral period, and a monthly benefit of IDR 5,000,000, the estimated monthly net premium is IDR 666,168. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the premium amount is negatively related to the length of the deferral period. In addition, variations in the insured's entry ages produce a non-linear increasing pattern in premium values, with premiums rising substantially at older ages.
