      Pengaruh Kesenjangan Digital terhadap Tingkat Modal Manusia Bidang Pendidikan di Indonesia

      Abstract
      Kesenjangan digital di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan dalam pembangunan modal manusia bidang pendidikan akibat perbedaan akses dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kesenjangan digital terhadap rata-rata lama sekolah di 34 provinsi di Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi data panel dengan Random Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan internet untuk pembelajaran daring berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan kemampuan memiliki atau menguasai komputer dan telepon seluler berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rata-rata lama sekolah. Anggaran pendidikan dan rasio murid-guru berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan PDRB per kapita berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya pemerataan akses digital, pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan yang efektif, dan pemerataan tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan modal manusia bidang pendidikan.
       
      The digital divide remains a challenge to educational human capital development in Indonesia due to unequal access to and use of information and communication technology. This study examines the effect of the digital divide on the average years of schooling in 34 Indonesian provinces during 2020–2024 using descriptive analysis and panel data regression with the Random Effects Model. The results show that internet use for online learning has a negative and significant effect, while computer and mobile phone ownership or use have positive and significant effects. Education expenditure and the student–teacher ratio have negative and significant effects, whereas GRDP per capita has a positive but insignificant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of equitable digital access, effective education spending, and better teacher distribution to improve educational human capital.
