| dc.description.abstract | Tanaman cincau hijau (Cyclea barbata) merupakan tanaman potensial yang dimanfaatkan pada bidang pangan dan kesehatan, namun informasi mengenai kebutuhan pemupukan anorganiknya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh berbagai dosis pupuk NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cincau hijau. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bogor, Jawa Barat, menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) non faktorial dengan empat taraf dosis pupuk, yaitu 0; 1,5; 3; dan 4,5 g/tanaman, tiga ulangan, sebanyak 48 tanaman. Komponen yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan vegetatif, biomassa, luas daun, kandungan pigmen daun, dan kandungan NPK tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan jumlah buku, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang sulur, jumlah cabang, biomassa, luas daun, kandungan pigmen daun, dan kandungan NPK tanaman. Perlakuan dengan dosis 3 g/tanaman menghasilkan pertumbuhan vegetatif, biomassa, luas daun, dan total klorofil tertinggi, sedangkan dosis 4,5 g/tanaman menurunkan pertumbuhan. Disimpulkan bahwa dosis 3 g/tanaman merupakan dosis terbaik untuk mendukung pertumbuhan vegetatif awal tanaman cincau hijau, tetapi hasil biomassa tidak berbeda nyata dengan kontrol pada kondisi penelitian ini. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Green grass jelly (Cyclea barbata) is a potential plant widely utilized in the food and health sectors. However, information regarding its inorganic fertilizer requirements remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the effect of different doses of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer on the growth and yield of green grass jelly. The experiment was conducted in Bogor, West Java, using a non-factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four fertilizer doses, namely 0; 1,5; 3; and 4,5 g/plant, three replications, 48 experimental plants. Observed variables included vegetative growth, biomass, leaf area, leaf pigment content, and plant NPK content. The results showed that fertilizer application significantly affected leaf number and node number, but had no significant effect on vine length, branch number, biomass, leaf area, leaf pigment content, and plant NPK content. Treatment with dose of 3 g/plant treatment resulted in the highest vegetative growth, biomass, leaf area, and total chlorophyll content, whereas a dose of 4,5 g/plant treatment to reduce plant growth. It was concluded that a dose of 3 g/plant dose was the optimum treatment to support early vegetative growth of green grass jelly, but biomass yield did not significantly different under the conditions of this study. | |
