      Analisis Keefektifan Sistem Drainase Eksisting Perumahan Irigasi Danita Bekasi Timur

      Abstract
      Perumahan Irigasi Danita, Bekasi Timur, mengalami permasalahan banjir yang disebabkan oleh menurunnya kapasitas sistem drainase akibat sedimentasi pada saluran. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan seberapa efektivitas sistem drainase dalam menangani masalah banjir. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei lapangan, analisis hidrologi, dan simulasi menggunakan EPA SWMM 5.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daerah tangkapan air memiliki luas 24,12 Ha dengan jaringan drainase terdiri dari 106 subcatchment, 183 junction, 289 conduit, dan 1 outfall. Analisis hidrologi memperoleh nilai curah hujan periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 37,128 mm/hari. Simulasi pertama dalam kondisi eksisting menunjukkan total volume banjir sebesar 7.431 m³ dan efektivitas sistem drainase sebesar 11,87%. Simulasi kedua dengan pengerukan sedimentasi menunjukkan penurunan volume banjir menjadi 5.721 m³ dan peningkatan efektivitas sistem drainase menjadi 32,15%. Kegiatan pengerukan sedimentasi untuk seluruh jaringan drainase membutuhkan total biaya sebesar Rp85.193.029,50.
       
      Housing Estate of Irigasi Danita in East Bekasi experiences flooding problems caused by a reduction in drainage system capacity due to sediment accumulation within the drainage channels. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the existing drainage system in mitigating flood events. The research was conducted through field surveys, hydrological analysis, and simulations using the EPA SWMM 5.2. The results showed that the catchment area covers 24.12 ha and is served by a drainage network consisting of 106 subcatchments, 183 junctions, 289 conduits, and 1 outfall. Hydrological analysis produced a 5-year return period rainfall of 37.128 mm/day. The first simulation under existing conditions indicated a total flood volume of 7,431 m³ and an effectiveness of 11.87%. The second simulation, with sediment dredging, reduced the flood volume to 5,721 m³ and increased the effectiveness to 32.15%. The sediment dredging activities for the entire drainage network require a total cost of Rp85,193,029.50.
