The need for internet access in frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped regions encourages the use of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) technology as a satellite-based connectivity solution. However, the VSAT ordering and activation process at satellite internet service providers is still carried out manually and separately across teams, resulting in risks of data errors, service delays, and limited transparency for customers. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that integrates the entire VSAT ordering and activation process into a centralized platform. The system was developed using the Prototyping method with the Laravel framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The system includes self-service ordering, automatic validation, inter-team email notifications, and real-time service status monitoring. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 9 respondents achieved an average score of 91.39%, indicating that the system is highly feasible.
