      Abstract
      Perkembangan kawasan perumahan telah mengurangi daerah tangkapan air, meningkatkan limpasan permukaan dan potensi banjir. Situasi ini terjadi di Kompleks Perumahan Graha Arradea, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi kinerja sistem drainase. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas saluran drainase yang ada dan menganalisis efektivitas sumur resapan dalam mengendalikan limpasan. Data yang digunakan meliputi curah hujan harian maksimum untuk periode 2016–2025, karakteristik daerah tangkapan air, dan data geometris dari jaringan drainase dari survei lapangan. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan menggunakan distribusi Log Pearson Tipe III untuk mendapatkan curah hujan desain. Evaluasi kinerja drainase dilakukan melalui simulasi menggunakan EPA SWMM 5.2 dalam kondisi yang ada dan skenario Pengembangan Berdampak Rendah (Low Impact Development/LID) menggunakan sumur resapan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan curah hujan desain sebesar 131,25 mm dengan periode ulang 2 tahun. Berdasarkan perencanaan, dibutuhkan 129 sumur resapan di lima sub-daerah tangkapan air. Penerapan sumur resapan dapat mengurangi limpasan permukaan dan meningkatkan kinerja jaringan drainase, sehingga meminimalkan potensi banjir.
       
      Residential development has reduced water catchment areas, leading to increased surface runoff and flood potential in the Graha Arradea Housing Complex, Bogor Regency. This study aims to evaluate the capacity of the existing drainage channels and analyze the effectiveness of recharge wells as a Low Impact Development (LID) method to control runoff. The data utilized include maximum daily rainfall from 2016–2025, catchment characteristics, and field survey drainage geometry. Hydrological analysis using the Log Pearson Type III distribution determined a design rainfall of 131.25 mm for a 2-year return period. Drainage performance was simulated using EPA SWMM 5.2 software. The results indicate that 129 recharge wells are required across five sub-catchment areas. The implementation of these recharge wells effectively reduces surface runoff volume and enhances drainage network performance, thereby significantly minimizing the potential risk of flooding in the area.
