This research is motivated by the importance of inventory management in the automotive industry to ensure smooth production processes and minimize the risk of stockouts that may disrupt operations. PT XYZ still faces issues related to spare part availability in the Vibration-Air-Leakage Line, resulting in outstanding. Therefore, this study aims to optimize spare part inventory control using a combination of the ABC-FSN-VED and Min-Max methods. The ABC-FSN-VED method is used to classify spare parts based on investment value, movement rate, and level of criticality, while the Min-Max method is used to determine minimum and maximum inventory levels. The results show that most spare parts are categorized as critical, with 7 items classified in Zone I (High Priority), thus requiring stricter control. The implementation of the Min-Max method produces optimal inventory levels along with the calculation of the Reorder Point to prevent stockouts. In addition, a website-based spare part management system is designed to support real-time stock monitoring.
