Kawasan Kampus IPB Dramaga memiliki aktivitas mobilitas tinggi sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan volume lalu lintas dan emisi karbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja jalan dan emisi karbon kendaraan serta mengkaji keterkaitannya dengan prinsip Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Kinerja jalan dianalisis berdasarkan PKJI 2023 menggunakan parameter kapasitas jalan, derajat kejenuhan (DJ), dan tingkat pelayanan jalan (LOS). Emisi karbon dihitung menggunakan pendekatan Vehicle Kilometers Travelled (VKT) yang mengacu pada IPCC Guidelines Volume 2. Evaluasi TOD dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip walk, cycle, connect, dan transit sesuai TOD Standard 3.0 ITDP. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan nilai kapasitas jalan berada pada rentang 1.150–3.720 SMP/jam dengan nilai DJ 0,10–0,71. Seluruh ruas jalan berada pada LOS A–C sehingga belum ditemukan kemacetan signifikan. Analisis integratif menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah antara semua parameter. Secara umum, sistem transportasi Kampus IPB Dramaga beroperasi dengan baik, namun penguatan prinsip TOD diperlukan untuk mendukung mobilitas berkelanjutan dan pengurangan emisi karbon. The IPB Dramaga Campus area experiences high mobility activities, which have the potential to increase traffic volume and carbon emissions. This study aims to evaluate road performance and carbon emissions to examine their relationship with the principles of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). Road performance was analyzed based on PKJI 2023 using road capacity, degree of saturation (DS), and level of service (LOS). Carbon emissions were estimated using Vehicle Kilometers Travelled (VKT) based on the IPCC Volume 2: Energy guidelines. TOD evaluation was conducted according walk, cycle, connect, and transit principles of the ITDP TOD Standard 3.0. The results indicate that road capacity ranged from 1,150 to 3,720 pcu/h, while the DS ranged from 0.10 to 0.71. All road segments operated at LOS A–C, indicating the absence of traffic congestion. The integrative analysis revealed weak relationships among all parameters. Overall, the transportation system within the IPB Dramaga Campus area is still operating satisfactorily; however, strengthening TOD principles is necessary to support sustainable mobility and reduce carbon emissions.
