      Abstract
      Perhitungan volume dan penyusunan jadwal proyek secara manual masih berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan serta memiliki keterbatasan visualisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensimulasikan pekerjaan konstruksi menggunakan BIM 4D serta membandingkan volume dan estimasi biaya dengan BIM 5D pada proyek Gedung Halal Science Center IPB menggunakan Autodesk Revit 2026 dan Navisworks Manage 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BIM 4D mampu memvisualisasikan tahapan konstruksi hingga minggu ke-26. Perhitungan BIM 5D menghasilkan volume beton 2.044,65 m³ dan berat tulangan 427.067,63 kg, masing-masing lebih besar 0,8% dan 17,1% dibandingkan metode manual, sehingga estimasi biaya meningkat sebesar Rp15,36 juta untuk beton dan Rp924,62 juta untuk tulangan. Secara keseluruhan, BIM meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan kuantitas dan mendukung perencanaan proyek yang lebih andal.
       
      Manual quantity takeoff and project scheduling remain prone to calculation errors and provide limited visualization of construction progress. This study aims to simulate construction activities using 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and compare quantity takeoff and cost estimation using 5D BIM for the Halal Science Center Building Project at IPB. The modeling was carried out using Autodesk Revit 2026 and Navisworks Manage 2026. The results show that 4D BIM effectively visualizes the structural construction sequence up to week 26. The 5D BIM model produced a total concrete volume of 2,044.65 m³ and a reinforcement weight of 427,067.63 kg, which are 0.8% and 17.1% higher, respectively, than those obtained using the manual method. Consequently, the estimated costs increased by IDR 15.36 million for concrete work and IDR 924.62 million for reinforcement work. Overall, BIM improves the accuracy of quantity take-off and supports more reliable project planning.
