dc.description.abstractPenelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi pemanfaatan limbah feses sapi sebagai pupuk organik bernilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komposisi pupuk bokashi terhadap kinerja agronomi, pendapatan usaha, dan nilai tambah pada SASPRI Kawasan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan bokashi (B1, B2, dan B3) serta 10 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan bobot bayam merah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan ANOVA dan uji Scheffé taraf 5%, sedangkan analisis ekonomi menggunakan metode Hayami, analisis pendapatan, dan R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi bokashi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bayam merah dan pendapatan usaha. Bokashi 1 memberikan hasil agronomi terbaik dengan tinggi tanaman 8,52 cm dan jumlah daun 8,62 helai, sedangkan Bokashi 2 menghasilkan nilai tambah tertinggi sebesar Rp1.231/kg, keuntungan Rp591/kg, dan R/C Ratio 1,47. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Bokashi 1 unggul secara agronomi, sedangkan Bokashi 2 lebih unggul secara ekonomis.
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of bokashi fertilizer composition on agronomic performance, value added, and business income at SASPRI Cijeruk, Bogor Regency. The study was motivated by the potential utilization of cattle feces waste as an economically valuable organic fertilizer. The research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of three bokashi treatments (B1, B2, and B3) with ten replications. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, and weight of red spinach plants. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Scheffé’s test at a 5% significance level, while the economic analysis applied the Hayami method, income analysis, and R/C Ratio. The results showed that bokashi composition affected the growth of red spinach and business income. Bokashi 1 produced the best agronomic performance, with a plant height of 8.52 cm and 8.62 leaves, whereas Bokashi 2 generated the highest value added of IDR 1,231/kg, a profit of IDR 591/kg, and an R/C Ratio of 1.47, making it the most feasible treatment for development. The study concluded that Bokashi 1 was superior agronomically, while Bokashi 2 was more advantageous economically.
