      Analisis Kinerja Dua Simpang Tak Bersinyal melalui Koordinasi Persinyalan Lalu Lintas

      Abstract
      Pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi di kawasan IPB University Dramaga menghadapi tantangan peningkatan volume lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja Simpang Babakan Raya dan Simpang Duta Berlian menggunakan metode PKJI 2023. Hasil analisis kondisi eksisting 2026 menunjukkan Simpang Babakan Raya beroperasi pada tingkat pelayanan (LOS) C dengan derajat kejenuhan (DJ) 0,96, sedangkan Simpang Duta Berlian pada LOS B dengan DJ 0,86. Meskipun terdapat perbaikan performa dari tahun sebelumnya akibat redistribusi rute dan penurunan volume kendaraan, kedua simpang tetap rentan terhadap tundaan tinggi dan hambatan samping signifikan. Guna mengoptimalkan aliran arus, penelitian ini menguji berbagai skenario rekayasa lalu lintas. Hasil evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa penggabungan pemasangan sistem persinyalan (APILL) dengan pelebaran geometri jalan merupakan solusi paling efektif. Implementasi APILL fase 32 di Simpang Babakan Raya mampu mereduksi DJ hingga 0,55 dengan tundaan 6,39 detik/SMP (LOS B). Selain itu, penggunaan APILL fase 42 disertai pelebaran jalan di Simpang Duta Berlian berhasil menekan DJ menjadi 0,71 dengan tundaan 13,14 detik/SMP (LOS B). Rekayasa komprehensif ini terbukti meningkatkan kapasitas sistem dan memenuhi standar pelayanan minimum dalam regulasi transportasi nasional.
       
      Transportation infrastructure development at IPB University Dramaga area faces challenges from increasing traffic volumes. This study aims to evaluates the performance of the Babakan Raya and Duta Berlian intersections using the PKJI 2023 method. Existing 2026 analysis shows Babakan Raya intersection operates at Level of Service (LOS) C with a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.96, while Duta Berlian intersection operates at LOS B with a DS of 0.86. Despite performance improvements from the previous year due to route redistribution and lower vehicle volumes, both intersections remain vulnerable to high delays and side friction. To optimize flow, various traffic scenarios were tested. Combining traffic signals (APILL) with road widening proved most effective. Implementing a type 32 (2- phase) APILL at Babakan Raya reduces DS to 0.55 with a 6.39 seconds/pcu delay (LOS B). Meanwhile, a type 42 (2-phase) APILL with road widening at Duta Berlian lowers DS to 0.71 with a 13.14 seconds/pcu delay (LOS B). This comprehensive increases system capacity and meets national transport regulations.
