      Abstract
      ENI KUSUMA WARDANI. Pemupukan Optimum Nitrogen, Fosfor, dan Kalium untuk Varietas Tipe Baru IPB 15S. Dibimbing oleh ISKANDAR LUBIS dan HENI PURNAMAWATI. Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan komoditas pangan strategis yang menjadi tulang punggung ketahanan pangan nasional. Varietas IPB 15S adalah varietas unggul tipe baru yang baru dirilis pada tahun 2023 dengan potensi hasil mencapai 10,16 ton ha?¹, namun kajian mengenai kebutuhan pupuk optimal untuk varietas ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dosis optimum pupuk nitrogen (N), fosfor (P), dan kalium (K) untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan produktivitas padi varietas IPB 15S. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Sawah Baru, IPB University, Dramaga, Bogor, pada periode September 2025 hingga Januari 2026. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) satu faktor dengan tujuh taraf dosis pemupukan (0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, dan 150% dari dosis rekomendasi) dan tiga ulangan. Dosis rekomendasi mengacu pada Permentan yaitu 250 kg ha?¹ urea, 75 kg ha?¹ SP-36, dan 75 kg ha?¹ KCl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk N, P, dan K berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, lebar daun bendera, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang malai, bobot tajuk, jumlah gabah isi, bobot ubinan, dan produktivitas, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap indeks panen dan bobot 1000 butir. Produktivitas tertinggi dicapai pada dosis 75% dan 150% sebesar 4,8 ton ha?¹. Berdasarkan analisis regresi kuadratik, dosis optimum agronomis berada pada kisaran 113,31–159,13% dari dosis rekomendasi. Penggunaan dosis 75% dari rekomendasi terbukti menghasilkan efisiensi agronomi relatif (RAE) yang tinggi yaitu 109,7% dengan produktivitas setara dosis penuh, sehingga menjadi pilihan yang lebih efisien secara ekonomi dan lingkungan. Kata kunci: Dosis optimum, IPB 15S, nitrogen fosfor kalium, produktivitas padi varietas tipe baru.
       
      ENI KUSUMA WARDANI. Optimum Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium Fertilization for New Plant Type Variety IPB 15S. Supervised by ISKANDAR LUBIS and HENI PURNAMAWATI. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a strategic food commodity and the backbone of national food security in Indonesia. IPB 15S is a newly released new plant type (NPT) superior variety introduced in 2023 with a yield potential of 10.16 tons ha?¹; however, studies on optimal fertilization requirements for this variety remain limited. This research aimed to analyze the optimum dose of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) fertilizers to support the growth and productivity of IPB 15S rice variety. The study was conducted at the Sawah Baru Experimental Field, IPB University, Dramaga, Bogor, from September 2025 to January 2026. A Randomized Complete Block Design with seven fertilizer dose levels (0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150% of the recommended dose) and three replications was applied. The recommended dose was 250 kg ha?¹ urea, 75 kg ha?¹, SP-36, and 75 kg ha?¹ KCl. Results showed that N, P, and K fertilization significantly affected plant height, tiller number, flag leaf width, productive tillers, panicle length, shoot dry weight, filled grain number, grain yield per plot, and productivity, but did not significantly affect harvest index and 1000-grain weight. The highest productivity of 4.8 t ha?¹ was achieved at 75% and 150% doses. Quadratic regression analysis indicated the optimum agronomic dose ranged from 113.31 to 159.13% of the recommended dose. The 75% dose yielded a high relative agronomic effectiveness (RAE) of 109.7% with productivity equivalent to the full dose, making it the most economically and environmentally efficient option.
