The utilization of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) can improve the efficiency of pavement materials, the presence of aged asphalt in RAP causes the mixture to become stiff, requiring a rejuvenating agent such as Waste Cooking Oil (WCO) to restore asphalt properties. This study aimed to analyze the effect of WCO addition on the Marshall characteristics and durability of AC-WC mixtures containing RAP. Marshall test with RAP contents of 30, 45, 60%, and WCO contents of 4, 6, 8%. Furthermore, durability testing was conducted on the optimum mixture using the parameters of Retained Strength Index (RSI), First Durability Index (FDI), and Second Durability Index (SDI) with immersion durations of 0.5, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. The results showed that the optimum mixture was obtained at 45% RAP, with stability values ranging from 2,551.12–2,854.51 kg, flow values ranging from 2.40–2.48 mm, and Marshall Quotient (MQ) values of 1,033.24–1,1176.78 kg/mm. The highest standard IKS value was obtained at 6% WCO (92.86%), while the highest FDI and SDI values occurred in the control mixture at 0.31 and 6.26%, respectively, during the 0.5–24 hour immersion interval.
