| dc.description.abstract | Pengendalian kualitas pada proses produksi Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) menuntut sistem pencatatan yang terintegrasi dan terstandarisasi. PT XYZ masih menghadapi permasalahan pencatatan yang terfragmentasi dan belum berfokus pada parameter kritis, sehingga menyulitkan traceability saat terjadi keluhan pelanggan. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan tahapan paling berpengaruh terhadap mutu, dengan hasil faktor process & equipment memperoleh bobot tertinggi (0,55), khususnya pada tahapan pugmill, weighing, dan dryer. Selanjutnya, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) mengidentifikasi akar penyebab penyimpangan pada ketiga tahapan tersebut sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem pencatatan terintegrasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan mencakup standarisasi formulir, integrasi dokumen yang sebelumnya terpisah. Dengan demikian, sistem pencatatan ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat administrasi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pengendalian kualitas yang mendukung traceability secara menyeluruh. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Quality control in the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) production process requires an integrated and standardized recording system. PT XYZ still faces problems with fragmented recordkeeping that does not yet focus on critical parameters, making traceability difficult when customer complaints occur. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to determine the production stages that have the greatest influence on quality. The results show that the process & equipment factor obtained the highest weight, at 0.55, particularly in the pugmill, weighing, and dryer stages. Furthermore, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) was used to identify the root causes of deviations in these three stages as the basis for developing an integrated recording system. The resulting system includes standardized forms and the integration of previously separate documents. Thus, this recording system functions not only as an administrative tool, but also as a quality control instrument that supports comprehensive traceability. | |
