| dc.description.abstract | Kawasan Transmigrasi Tambora, Kabupaten Bima, memiliki potensi jambu mete yang tinggi, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada penjualan bahan mentah sehingga belum optimal. Pengembangan agroindustri mete goreng menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi komoditas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji nilai tambah, dan kelayakan usaha menggunakan metode hayami serta analisis aspek non finansial dan finansial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan menghasilkan nilai tambah Rp14.354/kg dengan rasio 34%. Secara non finansial, usaha dinilai layak dari aspek pasar, teknis, manajemen, serta dampak sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan. Secara finansial, usaha ini prospektif dengan NPV Rp2.623.453.951, IRR 64%, net B/C 4,98, gross B/C 1,10, serta payback period 2,58 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan adanya batas toleransi perubahan variabel yang memengaruhi kelayakan usaha. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Tambora Transmigration Area, Bima Regency, has high cashew nut potential, but its utilization is still limited to the sale of raw materials, so it’s not been optimal. The development of a fried cashew nut agroindustry is a strategy to increase the economic value of the commodity. This study aims to examine added value and business feasibility using the hayami method as well as non-financial and financial aspect analysis. The results show that processing generates an added value of IDR 14,354/kg with a ratio of 34%. From a non-financial perspective, the business is considered feasible in terms of market, technical, management, as well as socio-economic and environmental impact. Financially, this business is prospective with an NPV of IDR 2.623.453.951, an IRR of 64%, a net B/C of 4.98, a gross B/C of 1.10, and a payback period of 2.58 years. Sensitivity analysis shows the existence of tolerance limits for changes in variables that affect business feasibility. | |
