| dc.description.abstract | Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) merupakan komoditas yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia karena kandungan proteinnya yang tinggi dan harganya yang relatif terjangkau. Setiap tahun, kebutuhan kedelai terus meningkat, namun produksi dalam negeri belum mampu mencukupi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah agar unsur hara tanaman terpenuhi dan produksi kedelai meningkat, yaitu melalui pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai varietas Derap-1 pada berbagai dosis pupuk. Penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo IPB pada Juni hingga Oktober 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) dengan faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu perbedaan dosis pupuk 0% (P1), 50% (P2), 100% (P3), 150% (P4), dan 200% (P5) dari dosis rekomendasi yaitu urea 50 kg/ha, SP-36 50 kg/ha, serta KCI 75 kg/ha. Pemberian pupuk N, P, K dengan berbagai dosis tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap sebagian besar peubah yang diamati, terutama pada pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai seperti tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, bobot kering tanaman, dan indeks panen, tetapi perlakuan pupuk dengan dosis 50% menghasilkan bobot ubinan dan potensi hasil yang lebih rendah serta berbeda nyata dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) are a widely consumed commodity in Indonesia due to their high protein content and relatively affordable price. Every year, the demand for soybeans continues to rise, yet domestic production has not been able to meet this demand. One way to improve soil fertility so that plant nutrient requirements are met, and soybean production can increase, is through fertilization. This study aims to analyze the growth and yield response of the Derap-1 soybean variety to various fertilizer doses. The research was conducted at the IPB Leuwikopo Experimental Farm from June to October 2025. The study employed a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with a single factor consisting of 5 treatment levels, each repeated 4 times. The treatments applied were different fertilizer doses: 0% (P1), 50% (P2), 100% (P3), 150% (P4), and 200% (P5) of the recommended dose, which is urea 50 kg/ha, SP-36 50 kg/ha, and KCI 75 kg/ha. The application of N, P, and K fertilizers at various rates had no significant effect on most of the observed variables, particularly on soybean plant growth parameters such as plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, plant dry weight, and harvest index, however the fertilizer treatment at 50% of the recommended rate resulted in lower plot weight and yield potential and differed significantly from the other treatments. | |
