| dc.description.abstract | NADIA. Penerapan Metode Seven Tools pada Echinodorus Bleheri dalam Upaya Mengurangi Reject di PT Aquatic Plant Centre Indonesia. Dibimbing oleh WIEN KUNTARI.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis reject, menganalisis faktor yang menjadi penyebab utama reject echinodorus bleheri, mengimplementasikan perbaikan menggunakan seven tools dan menganalisis jumlah pendapatan yang tidak tercapai. Metode yang digunakan yaitu seven tools meliputi lembar pemeriksaan, diagram pareto, diagram control chart, dan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jenis reject yang terjadi yaitu busuk daun dalam, batang busuk, porsi kurang, daun totol, dan tidak ada akar. Jenis reject 80% disebabkan oleh busuk daun dalam, dan porsi kurang dengan penyebab reject yaitu faktor lingkungan, material, metode, dan manusia. Berdasarkan analisis penerapan lembar pemeriksaan bahwa pendapatan yang tidak tercapai sekitar Rp50.877.224 selama lima bulan dengan persentase proporsi jumlah reject terhadap pendapatan potensial selama lima bulan dengan rata-rata 5% perbulan. Perbaikan dari analisis menggunakan seven tools yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan perekrutan karyawan, pembuatan SOP, penggunaan sistem monitoring dengan IoT, penggunaan greenhouse, penggunaan alat pengatur suhu, penggunaan exhaust fan, dan penggantian media tanam pasir silika. | |
| dc.description.abstract | NADIA. Application of the Seven Tools Method to Echinodorus Bleheri as an Effort to Reduce Rejection at PT Aquatic Plant Centre Indonesia. Supervised by WIEN KUNTARI.
The purpose of this study is to identify the type of rejection, analyze the main cause of echinodorus bleheri rejection, implement improvements using seven tools and calculate lost revenue. The methods used included checksheets, pareto diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results showed that the types of rejection that occurred were deep leaf rot, rotten stems, undersized portions, spotted leaves, and no roots. 80% of rejections were caused by deep leaf rot, and undersized portions with environmental, material, method, and human factors as the main causes. Based on the checksheet, lost revenue was approximately IDR 50,877,224 over five months, with rejections accounting for 5% of potential revenue per month on average. Improvements based on the seven tools analysis included employee training and recruitment, development of SOPs, use an IoT monitoring system, use of greenhouses, temperature control devices, exhaust fans, and replacement of planting media with silica sand. | |
