Strategi Mitigasi Risiko pada Budidaya Sayuran Hidroponik di Tiga Flora Bogor
Abstract
Budidaya sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik semakin berkembang karena mampu mendukung produktivitas pertanian pada lahan yang terbatas. Penelitian di Tiga Flora Bogor bertujuan mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko, menganalisis agen penyebab risiko, serta menyusun strategi mitigasi risiko pada proses budidaya sayuran hidroponik. Penelitian menggunakan metode House of Risk melalui dua tahap analisis, yaitu penentuan prioritas agen risiko berdasarkan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential dan penentuan prioritas strategi mitigasi berdasarkan nilai Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, diskusi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 15 kejadian risiko dan 20 agen penyebab risiko yang terjadi pada proses budidaya. Strategi mitigasi yang diprioritaskan adalah membuat checklist pekerjaan harian, melakukan evaluasi berkala pada setiap kegiatan, dan melakukan pemeriksaan rutin pada sistem aliran talang serta pipa. Penerapan strategi mitigasi menunjukkan peningkatan ketercapaian produksi dan efisiensi biaya usaha. Kondisi tersebut ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai R/C ratio dari 1,06 menjadi 1,10 yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan risiko prioritas dapat mendukung kegiatan budidaya yang efisien dan optimal. Hydroponic vegetable cultivation has continued to develop as it supports agricultural productivity on limited land. This study was conducted at Tiga Flora Bogor to identify risk events, analyze risk agents, and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies in the hydroponic vegetable cultivation process. The study applied the House of Risk method through two stages of analysis, namely prioritizing risk agents based on the Aggregate Risk Potential value and determining mitigation strategy priorities based on the Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio value. Data were collected through observation, interviews, discussions, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results identified 15 risk events and 20 risk agents in the cultivation process. The prioritized mitigation strategies included preparing a daily work checklist, conducting periodic evaluations of each activity, and performing routine inspections of the gutter and pipe flow systems. The implementation of these mitigation strategies improved production achievement and business cost efficiency. This was indicated by an increase in the R/C ratio from 1,06 to 1,10, suggesting that priority risk management can support more efficient and optimal cultivation activities.
