dc.description.abstractHidroponik Nusantara merupakan perusahaan agribisnis yang berfokus pada budidaya sayuran hidroponik, khususnya bayam hijau dan pakcoy. Produksi saat ini belum mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar secara optimal karena keterbatasan kapasitas produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun perencanaan pengembangan usaha melalui penambahan instalasi Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) berdasarkan aspek nonfinansial dan finansial, serta penjadwalan proyek pembangunan instalasi NFT. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Kelayakan Bisnis dan Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga skenario pengembangan usaha, dinyatakan layak secara aspek nonfinansial dan finansial. Skenario pertama produksi bayam hijau 100% merupakan alternatif terbaik dengan NPV Rp487.027.215; IRR 33%; Net B/C 2,53; Gross B/C 1,37; dan Payback Period 4 tahun 1 bulan. Penjadwalan proyek pembangunan instalasi NFT dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 59 hari.
dc.description.abstractHidroponik Nusantara is an agribusiness company that focuses on the cultivation of hydroponic vegetables, especially green spinach and pakcoy. Current production is not able to meet market demand optimally due to limited production capacity. This research aims to prepare business development plans through the addition of Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) installations based on nonfinancial and financial aspects, as well as the scheduling of NFT installation construction projects. The methods used are Business Feasibility analysis and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM). The results show that the three business development scenarios are declared feasible in terms of non-financial and financial aspects. The first scenario is that 100% green spinach production is the best alternative with an NPV of Rp487.027.215; IRR 33%; Net B/C 2.53; Gross B/C 1.37; and Payback Period 4 years and 1 month. The scheduling of the NFT installation construction project can be completed within 59 days.
